Each December, our foundation brings the Hermosa Beach community together to celebrate the holiday season with both joy and purpose. Our signature program — the 12 Bars of Christmas Pub Crawl & Charity Toy Drive — unites residents, visitors, and local businesses in a festive tradition that transforms holiday fun into meaningful support for children in need.
By blending community, celebration, and compassion, we create lasting connections and deliver hope where it’s needed most.

Our Mission
The 12 Bars Hermosa Beach Charity Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to strengthening community bonds and giving back through festive events and meaningful local partnerships. What began as a small holiday pub crawl among friends has grown into a cherished tradition that brings joy to Hermosa Beach and provides vital support to hundreds of families each holiday season.
Why We Do It
We believe that joy, compassion, and community belong together. By turning celebration into charity, we foster stronger connections across Hermosa Beach while directly helping families in need. Through our annual toy drive — organized in partnership with the Hermosa Beach Police Department — we bring hope and holiday cheer to children who need it most.

Celebrate the holidays with us as we bring festive cheer to Pier Avenue and Hermosa Avenue—all while making a difference for local families!
Date: Friday, December 13, 2025
Time: 7:00 PM – Midnight
Cost: Free admission — simply bring a new, unwrapped toy 🎁
Dress Code: Ugly sweaters, Santa suits, reindeer onesies — the more festive, the better!
Impact: Every toy collected will support the Hermosa Beach Police Department Toy Drive, helping brighten the holidays for children in need.
